FACEBOOK COMPETITION
Terms & Conditions
1. Entry to the competition is open to all residents of Australia, except employees of Woolstores Shopping Centre and tenants of the centre.
2. Entry to the competition is made by following instructions in posts made by Woolstores Shopping Centre to their Facebook page.
3. The prizes available are as posted to the Woolstores Shopping Centre Facebook page, and are limited to those models and sizes described.
4. If shown the recommended retail value of the prizes are correct at the time of publication. The prize value may change or vary. The promoter agrees to provide the prize. In the event that any product included in the prize is not available, the promoter may provide a prize of equivalent value.
5. The prize is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable.
6. The prize is subject to availability and conditions apply.
7. Competitions commence and close on the dates shown on display advertisements in press, direct mail pieces or posters displayed in the Woolstores Shopping Centre, or on the Facebook page.
8. Instructions on how to enter form part of these conditions.
9. The entry chosen will be judged the winner and no further correspondence will be entered into.
10. Winners will be notified by phone and/or in writing. Proof of identity will be required when claiming prizes.
11. Claiming of the prize is consent to use your name, address and photograph for promotional and marketing and publicity purposes.
12. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss of damage whatsoever which is suffered including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
13. If the winner is under the age of 18, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
14. The promoter is not responsible if any of the retail or service providers, forming part of this prize, are closed to the public on the day or days on which the winner wishes to visit them.
