Parking
Woolstores Shopping Centre has a pay and display carpark. Please note that you can still receive two hours of free parking while you shop at Woolstores. Simply grab a $2 ticket from one of the machines; display the top half on your dashboard; take the bottom portion with you; spend over $10 at Coles or one of the specialty stores and hand over the bottom portion of your ticket when paying; you will then receive a $2 refund. Please feel free to contact us if you have any queries or comments.
Banking
For quick transactions ANZ, Bank of Queensland, Cashcard, Police & Nurses Credit Society and Westpac ATM's are located throughout the Centre.
Internet
The Woolstores has an internet kiosk with eight booths available for your convenience, located in north mall outside the butcher and Fremantle Fresh Poulty.
Parenting Room
Our recently upgraded Parenting Room is available to all parents with young children. The room is equipped with seating, a changing and bathing area, nappy disposal facilities, a kiddy toilet and a toilet for parents. The Parenting Room is located in the south mall toilets.
Ticketek
Customers can buy tickets to their favorite events and concerts from the Woolstores Newsagency which is a Ticketek outlet.
Entertainment
The centre has an assorted collection of children’s rides suitable for children to play on and that are rotated on a frequent basis for an enjoyable variety.
School holiday activities are hosted in the centre every school holidays for your entertainment and convenience. Please visit our events page for more information.
Disabled Facilities
Disabled parking bays are available and located close to all entries for your convenience. Disabled toilets are located within the south mall toilets.
Lost and Found Property
A lost and found register is kept at the Centre Management Office. Customers may either call 9335-4173 or visit the Office in person. Items found are kept for a short period only so please contact us as early as possible to ensure the safe return of your item.
Taxi Rank
Taxi's patrol the Woolstores area. However, if a taxi is unavailable please feel free to call past the Centre Management Office and we will happily call one for you.

Public telephones are located at both ends of the shopping centre for your convenience.
